What I collect and why
- Contact form and messages (WhatsApp, email, phone): your name, email, phone number and message, to answer your request.
- Deliveries: pickup and delivery addresses, the recipient's name and phone number, and a description of the contents, to carry out and confirm the delivery.
- Payments and records: invoice details, which the tax rules require me to keep.
Legal basis
I use your details to handle your request or booking, to meet legal duties such as tax records, and for my legitimate interest in running a safe delivery service.
How long I keep it
Contact requests: up to 6 months after the last message. Delivery and invoice records: 7 years, as the tax rules require.
Who else sees your data
- Web3Forms processes the contact form and passes it to my email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages if you chat with me there.
- Google Fonts loads the website's typeface, so your IP address is sent to Google when the page opens.
- I do not sell your data and I do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Cookies and browser storage
This website stores only your language and light/dark choice in your browser. It does not track you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or limit your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email me and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
